Property Valuation Administrator
It has truly been an honor to serve as the Breckinridge County Property Valuation Administrator since December 2002.
Since becoming PVA, I have attended and completed educational classes set forth by the Revenue Cabinet to earn the designation of Certified Kentucky Assessor in November 2005 and the designation of Senior Kentucky Assessor in October 2008.
I am a member of the IAAO and have served on the Membership Committee of the Kentucky Chapter of International Association of Assessing Officers since 2003. I am also a member of the Kentucky PVA Association. I was the Executive Committee member for the 2nd district for 2 years.
We continue to make a concentrated effort to improve every aspect of the PVA office. We continue to have a public access system in our office for retrieving information about property located in our county. We also now have a GIS system in place that allows us a more detailed mapping system of the parcels within our county.
Our main objective is to serve the citizens of Breckinridge County. I encourage you to stop by the office and visit us.
