Carl N Ball Jr has been Chief Deputy for the past 6 years. Carl has worked in the PVA Office for 18 years. He is primarily responsible for transferring part sales and working the sales on the manual maps maintained in our office. He also does field work in the Rough River area. Pam Pollock has been a deputy in the PVA Office since February 2003. She is responsible for maintaining the GIS system. She also does field work in the Rough River area. Pam obtained her  CKA in 2008 and her SKA in 2009. Pam can be reached at pama.pollock@ky.gov.

 

 

J.R. Horsley has been deputy PVA since March of 2003. He is primarily in charge of data collection, which includes but is not limited to, existing properties, new construction and manufactured homes. Meryl Carman has been a deputy in the PVA Office since November 2009. She is responsible for data collection and entry. Meryl will be working towards her CKA.
